Privacy Policy
This site is a confidential proposal companion for the Virginia Music Hall of Fame interactive Hall project. It is operated by Radio Play Inc. (“Radio Play,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors of this proposal website and any pages we host for the pitch, including motion video pages. It does not cover the finished Hall product, ticketing, merch checkout, or studio booking until those products launch under their own terms.
2. What we collect
This site does not ask you to create an account and does not sell products on this page. We may receive:
- Technical data automatically sent by your browser or device: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate time of visit.
- Hosting logs from Cloudflare Pages or other infrastructure we use to serve the site.
- Email or files you send us if you reply to the proposal or write to info@radioplayinc.com.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or precise geolocation on this site.
3. Cookies and similar tools
The site is mostly static. We do not set advertising cookies. Our host or CDN may set strictly necessary cookies or local logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and measure basic availability. Your browser may also store video or font files in cache.
4. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and debug the site.
- To respond if you contact us about the proposal.
- To understand whether the pitch pages load as intended.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Hosting, CDN, and security providers (including Cloudflare) who process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisors if required to evaluate or close the engagement.
- Authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, typically 30 to 90 days unless a longer period is required to investigate an issue. Emails about the proposal are kept for the life of the pitch and any related contract.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live (including Virginia, California, and the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a decision. Email info@radioplayinc.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
8. Children
This site is intended for business contacts and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
The site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
